About Healing

Sandra offers three different kind of healing modalities: healing therapy, deeksha blessings and stress management (burn-out prevention and recovery).

Healing therapy encompasses spiritual, mental, emotional and physical healing. In a healing therapy session the client discovers the cause of a problem that he wants to heal. By knowing the cause of a problem it can be corrected. Healing sessions can also address other problems such as unwanted energies or correcting beliefs.

Acceptance of the unknown is not for the weak hearted, there is a fear of that which cannot be explained or understood. Science has the same bias, but based more on arrogance than fear. Deeksha Blessings help to balance your yin and yang energies and balance your emotional centers. The Deeksha Blessings are taught by the University of Oneness.

Stress Management helps you to prevent burn-out or recover from it. You will learn how to cope better with stress. We will look into management of emotions and if your energy of doing is balanced with your energy of thinking. We will apply different modalities to help you living a stress-free or stress-reduced life.

Healing Therapy and Deeksha Blessings

Often our physical ailments or emotional patterns have a deeper unconscious cause. In this session we clear up the patterns of the subconscious so that they don’t control you and instead let you become the master of your subconscious, your mind and your emotions. The second method, deeksha blessings help you to balance your energies in your body. A balanced system is the foundation for harmony and health.

Relaxation and Stress Management

Depending on how you want to learn and apply tools to deal with stress efficiently we can practice tools from yoga or from my healing education. The focus is often here is how to stay in a relaxed place even if we have all these emotions, thoughts and distractions besiege us from outside. The personal session can also be conducted over Skype.
