Yoga & Cleansing

Hatha Yoga

Yoga means connection or bringing-together and means different things to people: It can describe (a) a state of being (in harmony, at peace, Self-realized) or (b) different practices to attain harmony and balance.

Yoga works on all levels: on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. These layers are interconnected. When you work on one of these layers it will affect all other layers as well.

Dr. Charanjit Ghooi writes in her books about yoga:

  • Yoga is the method of coming to a non-dreaming mind. It is the science of being in the here and now.
  • Regular practice of yoga asana in conjunction with pranayama (control of breath) reduces fatigue, releases toxins, soothes the nervous system and helps to keep the body free from disease.
  • The practice of asana is meditation in motion.
  • Through focused concentration a beautiful alignment is made between body, breath, senses, intellect and soul.
  • The aim is not to achieve perfect posture, but to perfect presence.

Yoga helps you to…

  • relax, center and be happy for no particular reason
  • improve your quality of life and your health with simple, easy-to-use tools that you can apply in a class and in your daily life,
  • feel more centered, balanced and to change your habits for the better,
  • manage and control your thoughts and emotions as well as your physical health,
  • feel a sense of belonging, trust and acceptance.

Once you engage in a particular practice just because you love to do it, all the benefits come of themselves. If you love doing yoga postures regularly, just for the good feeling it generates, your body becomes more flexible, stronger, and more healthier by itself.

It‘s never about perfection, it is about improving, steadily. You learn, what works for you and what doesn’t in your own pace. You make changes in your life with compassion and with a sense of gaining more self-control over time.

Healthy Eating, Detoxification & Cleansing

A systematic and effective detoxification encompasses your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. When you start with working on your physical body usually people start cleansing old believes, become emotionally more stable and feel more connected to their High Self.

The cleaner your body gets, the more your habits and perspectives will change accordingly. It will be easier for you to let go, surrender, trust, and accept. You feel a greater sense of inner peace and balance. You will become your own master and be sovereign.

The method for a healthy nutrition includes consuming juices and foods, that contain a high percentage of life force energy (prana). This means, you eat a clean diet which is green-centric, highly water containing and alkaline. At the same time you use tools to eliminate waste matter and toxic substances from your body. Regular gentle exercise and lots of fresh air are two further important components in the approach that I teach and consult in.

Healing Therapy

“Spiritual healing, energy healing, and every other form of healing depending on an unknown, unquantifiable force have, until recently, been regarded with suspicion. Acceptance of the unknown is not for the weak hearted, there is a fear of that which cannot be explained or understood. Science has the same bias, but based more on arrogance than fear. Science has a strange logic based on ‘if it can’t be measured, it can’t exist’ philosophy. Such was the scientific view on the existence of bacteria and virus until the advent of the microscope.” – Malcolm Southwood

Healing therapy encompasses spiritual, mental, emotional and physical healing. In a healing therapy session the client discovers the cause of a problem that he wants to heal. By knowing the cause of a problem it can be corrected.

Practice in daily Life

Yoga, cleansing and healing is knowledge to be applied in your daily life.  All practices help you to become and be centered and relaxed no matter the circumstances.

When you practice daily with love, owning your power and with wisdom you will experience results. Results increase your trust and inner peace.

Yoga is getting to know your-Self, being Self-aware. This quality can be experienced everywhere, be it in a temple or at my work, and above all in daily life.

Progress means to release judgements. You will let go of emotions that no longer serve any purpose, and replace them with thoughts and feelings that work.

All practices increase your vitality. Natalia Rose from DetoxTheWorld says that vitality will become the most valued commodity in modern society. You cannot buy it in a box.

Yoga, right nutrition & cleansing and healing will help you to become more and more your original, healthy, joyful self.

“Communion with the Divine is True Yoga. All other yogic practices are merely physical exercises” – Sri Sathya Sai Baba

“You are now living in the dark, in ignorance. The knowledge, that you are the Divine Spark, encased in the sheaths of bliss, intelligence, feelings, sensations and organic substances – this knowledge is Light. You must light your own lamp. You cannot walk in the light of another‘s lamp. Earn the knowledge yourself. Even knowing it is not enough; you must experience it.” – Sri Sathya Sai Baba

“Yoga citti vritti nirodaha – Yoga is the restriction of the fluctuations of consciousness.” – translated by Georg Feuerstein

“Spirituality is the awakening of divinity in consciousness” – Harish Johari

“After long searches here and there, in temples and in churches, in earths and in heavens, at last you come back. Completing the circle from where you started, to your own soul and find that He, for whom you have been seeking all over the world, for whom you have been weeping and praying in churches and temples, on whom you are looking as the mystery of all mysteries shrouded in the clouds in nearest of the near, is your own self, the reality of your life, body and soul.” – Sri Sathya Sai Baba

“We cannot describe God in the vocabulary learned upon the Earth. We have to experience the Bliss of realizing Him as the core of our being. Man is endowed with a sense of wonder and awe, the sense which makes him either a participant (Karma Yoga), an inquirer into the mystery (Jnana Yoga) or a devout adorer (Bhakti Yoga)” – Sri Sathya Sai Baba

“God is not somebody with a big white beard, sitting in heaven. God is love. He is space. When you are meditating, when you feel at peace, at home with everyone, you are in touch with the Divine force. Can you live without love? In the Upanishads, it is said kham kham brahma – the space is God, in which every thing is and into which everything dissolves.” – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

“See people beyond their expressions. What a person expresses is not what he is all about. There is a lot of unexpressed love in each life. Just recognizing this fact, you expand. Your heart expands. With this knowledge you would never dwell on what someone says or does. What someone says is very small, and what someone does is just the ribbon on the package. If you do not like the ribbon, just take it off and look inside.” – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

“As you will see, the New Energy Body is the ultimate detox process because it cleanses us of the density that prevents us from living in our wholeness – our whole joy, full energy and full power! When we are swimming in the toxicity of modern lifestyle (negativity, fear and aggravation in addition to the obvious food wastes and pollution), we are an obstacle unto ourselves. We cannot see clearly enough to guide others (including our children). Once the layers of density embedded in our physical cells and our emotional body are removed we can finally see ourselves, our surroundings and our full potential clearly. It’s like the light gets switched on in our proverbial “living room”.” – Natalia Rose: “The New Energy Body”
